At Surf Your World we do not have face to face meetings. Our clients and employees talk to each other via the Internet. We use software called Skype to realise this. On Skype we have video conferences, this excludes the disadvantages and costs of conferences on a fixed location.
Projectmanagement via the Internet
We use the Internet for the complete projectmanagement. We communicate via e-mail, this way we keep in touch about the projects progress. If the situation requires a meeting, we will have an online video conference.
Service via Webinars and customer center
Even after a project, we keep in toch with you via the Internet. We give you training in the maintenance of your website via a webinar. You can find all the information on your project in our online customer center. Of course you can also reach us for assistance via e-mail, Skype and phone.
The Surf Your World laptop
If you are not familiar with the programs we use, it’s not a problem. We offer you a mini-laptop where all the programs are already installed. With the laptop and the enclosed instructions, you can still enjoy our services.
